Wellness holiday retreats

As we go through life, we all experience some good and bad moments. Loss of a loved one, a traumatic separation or divorce, illness, unemployment, a demanding boss, colleagues who steal credit for your ideas or work, financial problems, bullying, social isolation and more. Although common, events such as these can trigger mental health challenges.  The coronavirus pandemic took a considerable toll on mental health as lockdown and social distancing measures created a lot of anxiety, isolation and depression.

We aim to help bring that smile and happiness back to your life, by giving empowering our clients with the mental strength, focus, reframing and new goals to make life a more meaningful, happy and pleasurable journey.  You will experience a relaxing and transformative holiday, consisting of a wide range of relaxing activities to help heal and find the inspiration and motivation you require and to empower you with the knowledge and reassurance to know how to cope with whatever stressful situations life throws at us back home.

Our guide is a qualified blood chemistry analyst. Unlike conventional blood analysis which uses broad reference ranges to determine the presence or risk of disease, functional blood chemistry analysis utilises optimum ranges in order to determine disease risk and I can allow me and the client ample time to determine if a sub-clinical health issue may be developing, long before they manifest as full-blown disease and symptoms. If you’ve ever gone for a blood test and you don’t understand what all the markers mean in relation to your current and future health trends, some and see for me a consultation and prepare to be blown away!

Iridology is a technique in which the patterns, colours and other characteristics of the iris can be examined to determine information about a patient’s systemic health, but it is not meant for diagnosing, treating or curing any condition. Practitioners match their observations to iris charts, which divide the iris into zones that correspond to specific parts of the human body. Iridologists can use irises to obtain useful information about the health of the body systems and organs. Like fingerprints or faces, no two irises are exactly alike and iris features and structure can change over time depending on your diet & lifestyle factors.
